On January 17th your whole crew came to remove our old carpeting and pad to install a high density pad for Anso Nylon, Luscious style carpeting we’d picked out at your visit here December 11.
Both Ellen and I were simply amazed at the efficiency and professionalism of your entire crew during their work. It seemed as though all members knew their jobs and the supervisor was efficient and neat in his instructions. Our remaining furniture was moved and reset as directed, and the cleanliness was left as you promised.
