In 1988, Custom Floor Covering was initiated as the first “shop at home” residential flooring provider. Scott, having already established himself as the “custom finisher” for executive offices through Pink supply, brought 18 years of experience as a journeyman installer.
Out of the union breakdowns bore the idea of bringing flooring materials directly to private homeowners..
